Seat tilt cable

Hi guys... I have a 90 325I. Need some help on how to replace the tilt cable on my sport seat. I opened the seat gear box and found the cable is about to break. Does anyone know a link toturial on how to replace the cable?? And where to get a replacement cable?

I don't have the Bentley handy, but I assume you checked it and this isn't covered?

Are you in OC? If so, there's a guy in Placentia that rebuilt the mechanisms on my sport seats (re-covered them, too) and can prolly answer your questions. PM me if you want his email addy.
