E Brake Stuck?

Hi, this is my first post - hopefully one of you can help me!

When I'm driving (especially when accelerating from idle) it feels like the e-brake is on, but it is not. It just feels sluggish. I'm wondering if it's just my imagination or if my car really is going slower. (Camrys are accelerating faster than me!)

Any ideas? Help?!?!

Try putting your car in Neutral, blocking the 2 front wheels, and use the jack to lift each rear corner of the car and make sure your wheels turn freely (there will be some resistance as you are tuning the axle, differential, and drive shaft - but it should still rotate relatively easily by hand. You can do the opposite to check your front wheels, which obviously have no e-brake, but could have dragging pads/calipers etc. They should turn quite easily. That'll answer the first part of your question. If all is well there your search will have to go deeper.
