2008 X5 3.0si rattles and creeks

I just bought my second X5 in August and have had multiple rattling and creeking problems. The back seat assembly and tailgate were consistently making noise - and after the second overnight stay at the dealership it seems to have been solved for now. The tech adjusted the center arm rest cup holders and made a few adjustments to the side panels and tailgate. The luggage cover still makes noise, but I am told not much can be done about that.

Yesterday the driverside dash began to squeek - today it was constant! I want to flip the keys to the manager - I am so fustrated. Anyone had similar problems???

I have been looking at 3.0 X5's to vroom around in and according to the tech that inspects the potentials for me, rattling and/or creaky X5's are usual accident cars. Im not implying that yours was in an accident but it will be good to find out if it was. Good luck!

I am having the same problems and I thought I was going crazy. I can't believe that you have the same issues. I wonder if it is because the X5's are built in the United States. I also feel that the AC is not strong enough. Are you having that problem also?
