Glad I did (as you will see in the videos once uploaded) cause the old one is toast.

I am done, working on uploading vids, but the problem wasn't the expansion tank. I have leak in my radiator. So now I have to buy one of those...... Car out of commission for now......

Well for some reason all my videos came out looking like white fuzz. So bad news is no vids tonight. Good news (for those wanting to see it anyway, not so much for me) is that I have to re-do this tomorrow so I will re-document the process along with a radiator install.

Definite yes to the video! I'm planning on doing mine in a couple months or so... I've read quite a few people having trouble getting the tank out so if you could state any tricks that would be appreciated!

When my car is ready for a coolant overhaul, I'm flying you up here to the -10 degree weather to work on my car (in its non-heated garage). I'd much rather pay you than get ripped off, even by an indy!

shiesse........how different is the auto vs manual exp tank replacement? I know for mine that I did this weekend I went in from below and disconnected the sensor and then blasted away at the bugger tank with a screwdriver (handle towards tank and wrapped in a rag) and a rubber mallet till she lets loose. Mine is still okay after 3 days!
