Unhappy I just have question on driver side seat in E70

I own E70 2007 X5 and i just have a question.
recently my car has been resetted at the dealer and i thought that car's driver side seat moves back when you get out from the car for the easy out and when you enter and put the key into the key fob, the seat goes back to original driving seat position. But after reset, my x5 only moves the steering wheel to have easy out like steering goes in so that i can have more space to go out but seat does not move
So my question is does the seat should move back for easy access or it shouldnt?
Could you please answer this question, cause my dealer don't like me sort of...
THanks

You are the type of guy who orders off the McDonalds picture menu, aren't you???

Anyway...My car has never had the feature you describe, although it sounds like a great idea. Has anybody else seen this?

Yes, I had this option on my Infiniti QX4. After a few years, the seat got stuck all the way back. They made a repair kit, but I never had it installed and turned that feature off. My 09 X5 doesn't have that feature as far as I know...

Only the wheel. If the seat moved back I would find that to be a PITA.
