Interior Issues

My (new to me) E34 need some serious interior help. I need to know if any of the interior peices of a E32 735i will fit into a E34. Mainly the seats (front may fit, rear are questionable) and any of the dash peices. It looks similar in size and shape. I know the door panels wont work. What else could I take from a E32 to use on my E34? (if anything)
I desperatley need to know cuz the interior of my car is driving me NUTS

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
I Love Bimmerfest

I'm pretty sure the E32 front & rear seats are wider than an E34 but you will need to measure them to check. The only way to know if the seat rail mountings are the same would be to measure the mounting hole spacing on both vehicles. Electric Seat functions should be similar, but a lot of 735's had additional functionality (e.g. Memory, Lumbar, etc.) so they may not be compatible with the E34 connectors. Your best bet would be to find a good E34 interior to guarantee a hassle free swap.

Front seats should pop right in.....rear seats are a TINY bit wider, but they will fit with some KY and some patience.

You really don't want to put the rear seats from an e32 into an e34. The front seats are literally the same and some say the leather is actually thicker on e32 seats. None of the dash pieces will fit identically outside of headlight switches etc. The center console may look the same, but the joint between the rear and front part of the console is different.
