X6 Diesel for US market spotted in SC Factory

Had a factory tour as part of our X5d delivery last week and we saw a X6 3.5d on the final assembly line. Tour guide said it was now available in US but I cannot see that quoted on BMWUSA site yet.

Was the tour guide definite about the US market? Because all X6's are built there AFAIK and other countries, such as the UK, already have the diesel model. My salesman here states BMW has said nothing about it yet. It would seem to make sense since the X5 diesel is already on sale.

It would be sweet though. Might even convince me to trade in my X3.

That is not true yet. The X6 35D you saw was for another country.
