Yeah, I appreciate their efforts at trying to sell me parts at three times the cost of anywhere else.

Sad but true... All it takes is the ability (and the right market demographic/financial where with all) to jump through a series of hoops...

It could be that these places also threaten you if you don't give them fives or above. I refuse to do this and will not give in to pressure.

Dealing with the BMW dealership people is the only thing that keeps me from Buying A new BMW.
THE CSI number means nothing , they all bribe the customers with free stuff to get the CSI up,

Lucky for me the generalities don't apply, the guys at the dealership my wife & I rode our bikes to kick tires, we were happy to buy from.

The SA sold me the car, the owner let us test drive up to 11 cars, keeping them over the weekend & logging hundreds of miles & the SA & the techs deserve 5s for having my back in a delivery debacle of the first order, where the truck driver destroyed the clutch, even though the dealership replaced it & I refused the car.

The second order has been a thrill to own. Not flawless, but the dealership remains warm, real & friendly...

Wisconsin certainly has interesting BMW Dealerships. Seems to me a little kindness and a polite, perfessional business attitude would benefit everyone. If you don't give them all 5's after a purchase it is unbelievable how you are treated thereafter! Tremendously unfortunate.
