x5 35d lease offer - now or later??

Hi - I am new to leasing game and hope some all-knowing person can comment on my current offer (good thru June 30 lease offer).

x5 35d w/ Cold Weather, Premium Pkg, Rear Climate, Tech pkg, Comfort Access, Sat radio, iPod-USB. MSRP = 61,970, acq fee = 925

lease details
SP=59,500
MF = 0.0017
Down pmt = 1000
adj cap cost = 59,125

monthly pmt = 845 before taxes

Pull the trigger on June 30th??

What is the duration and mileage cap on the lease? How much is due at signing? Its hard to evaluate without this info.

There is $1750 cash back too, which I don't see in your numbers. Make sure the dealer is including that. And I think there is more room for the dealer to go down on the selling price - at least $500 to 1000 and maybe more.

+1 on the incentive cash.

IMHO you can do much better on the selling price. Id shoot for no more than 1k over invoice.
