Finally got my sound fixed/time in the showroom

Today I was at the dealership for 2 hours getting a sound problem fixed on my 750. About a week ago I was driving and listing to the Satellite radio and my speaker made a loud hissing noise. From that point on I knew something was wrong. I bought the car about 2 months ago, from the day I got it the sound was never good and this is a logic 7 system I'm speaking about. To make a long story short the Amp had gone bad as well as the Driver Side Sub Woofer. It was replaced under warranty, no problems. Performance BMW in Durham is really on there stuff.

While waiting I got a chance to look at a new 7, m6, new 5 series as well as a brand new z4.
The 7 series is nice; to me it looks like a big 5 series. The interior has more buttons on the dash to accommodate the I-Drive features(however I see nothing wrong with the current one). The screen is big and the dashboard is digital meaning there are no numbers imprinted, similar to the S550. The car does look roomier inside but the outside appearance is just too smooth for me. MY OPINION, DON'T BASH. It listed for $116,000.

I don't wanna talk your heads off so i'm just gonna brieflly say the re-designed z4 is very nice and worth a look at. It looks mean now, not as compact looking.

The m6 was very nice. What kind of transmission is in it? I didn't see a clutch or anything, it looked similar to a f1 transmission. It was a 2009 for $117,000 black on black with carbon fiber pieces on the dash. Very mean.

But it was a good day. Getting my ride fixed and seeing the new ones come in.

it'll grow on me.. Has that type of design but it honestly reminds me of the previous generation of 7's before the 2001 a little bit.

I was at the dealership a couple weeks back to take my car in service, and there was a 2009 750Li in white with beige interior int he showroom. Although I'm not a big fan of the exterior, I absolutely fell in love with the interior. It had a sticker price of somewhere close to $105k.. I can only imagine the monthly payment on that as well as how much they'll be going for in two years.. crazy stuff!

The M6 you were looking at had SMG Transmission, it comes in Manual option as well.
