2010 E90s?

Any advance information on the 2010 E90s? Any changes planned? Price increase expected? Usual story that the first 2010s will roll off the assembly line first week in September?

I noticed they can be ordered now but no prices as of yet.

Are the order guides out yet for the coupes?

Color/package/option changes from '09s?

Yes I did a $?xxx over Euro delivery invoice deal at the beginning of the month. I am now just waiting to see what the actual price will be!!

My analysis of the 335i coupe guide:

1) M Sport package is continued. Was Glacier Silver Int. trim the only allowed trim on the 2009 also?

2) HD radio is now standard.

3) Jade Gray Dakota Leather is available. What does "Priority 1" mean? Delayed availability? I was kind of hoping for Oyster - like the sedans got.

4) When ordering 6FL - iPod/USB adaptor, you must also order 6NF - Smartphone integration.

5) Automatic High beams (5AC) - new option?

Otherwise, colors, wheels, etc. appear to be the same. Wish I could see what the face-lift looks like, so I could decide whether I want to go with the Sport package or the M Sport. October can't come fast enough! Welt/Autobahn here I come!

[A quick look at the 328i coupe showed the sunroof as extra!

I think it's the other way around. You have to order the iPod/USB adapter if you choose the Smartphone Integration. 6NF is not a stand alone option without 6FL. But then again, I could be wrong. It certainly wouldn't be the first time today.

When are you planning on doing ED? I'm going in October as well.....

Does that mean it is/is not available at start of production?
I see talk of priority 1 stuff as "Hidden options." Does that mean that we can request them (even for ED), just that they are not listed in the regular catalogs?

I think the lack of any mention of a coupe facelift in this guide confirms the rumors there will be no facelift until the March 2010 production.

Had not heard that. I assumed that a coupe facelift would follow the sedan's by a year, just like on the E46 (& E36?).

Why would they be doing something in March? Calling it a 2011 model? (They did monkey around with the early 2010 5ers, didn't they.)

I would be perfectly happy with the current styling. The euro pedestrian-law snouts on the new Z4 & 7 are not too complimentary.

Correct. Priority 1 options are limited to customer ordered cars.

The E46 3er coupe/'vert facelift didn't occur until two years after the sedan/touring facelift. '02 for sedan/touring, '04 for coupe/'vert.

Except for a few minor equipment/option changes the 2010 5er is unchanged from the 2009.

Guess I was thinking of the original introduction of the E46's & E9X's, which had a one year stagger between the sedans & coupes.

Still, if there is a change in March, that can't be in the middle of one model year, can it?

Then there is the blurb by Bob Roemer in the July '09 Roundel
"The new-look 3ers [coupe/convert] will debut at September's Frankfurt auto show."

I think I have seen model changes in March before.

Dealers ... any indication of when 2010 pricing will be out? Any indication of how much of an increase there will be?
