09 X5 Bluetooth Address Book Question

Just picked up a new X5 and am trying to figure out the address book. With both an iPhone and a blackberry, my address book does the sam thing.

If I have two people with the same number, it will not list both numbers. For example, if I have Mr. Smith (H) and Mrs. Smith (H), where the H is the same number, only one entry will show up.

Also, with the blackberry, if I only have the company name in the address book (like a restaurant), it will only show the number with no company name.

Is anyone having similar problems?

Thanks in advance for any help. Sort of lame that I can't have the same number stored twice under two different names.

It does the same thing with my iPhone 3GS. What a pain.

Another irritant....This iDrive software version displays names by the FIRST name, where my 2007 335I has names displayed by LAST name. I hate that they are different and would prefer they both display by last name.

I don't get it. I traded in my 06 750. That bluetooth worked perfectly. Company names, all phone numbers, etc, came over and were viewable. If I have 15 people with the same switchboard number, I have to find the person in that company that sync'd up to the car in order to dial that company.

What a joke. If anyone had this resolved with newer software, let us know! I don't it though, as my car is 2 weeks old.
