Time for tires, sooner than expected...

Driveway and parking lot were resealed yesterday and the occupants of the twelve condos (in three buildings) had to park on the street last night.

Eleven cars had their tires slashed (sidewall naturally). Most cars lost two tires, one lost three and a couple lost only one.

The black car had both leftside tires cut and the X5 had both fronts done.

Oh well, I haven't bought any tires since April (four sets of four tires and ALL were for the gray car...okay, three sets were Hoosiers).

I hope the little scumbags overdose on their next pipeload of crack.

That is nuts. Stealing valve stem caps is one thing, vandalizing a car is just wrong.

Funny you mention it, two of the metal caps were missing on the X5. The M Rdstr has ///M logo caps and they left those alone.

I'm just thankful they didn't cut the top...
Edit: WRONG! Closer inspection revealed the top got stabbed too.

It turns out the top was too much to resist, there is a "stab" in it.

I hope they wind up some 300Lb'ers girlfriend when they finally get arrested (I don't expect they'll get caught for this, but the path they're on will catch up to them someday).

What ****ing ***holes. I pray for the day that they do that and are seen and caught. I wouldn't wait for the whole 'arrest' thang.

That's a damn shame Randy. If your X had Michelin Diamaris, I'd highly suggest you look into Pirelli Scorpion Zero's or even the Brigstone Turanza's as a replacement. Diamaris' do not grip as well and are not the best wet weather tyres either.

Oh and I hope those fargin bastiches die a slow painful death.

Doesn't your insurance cover vandelism ? I hope so... That would make it a little more bearable and your insurance company usually does not stick you for that type of claim.

Damn, that sucks! I'm sorry to hear it. Lord knows what would have happened if one of you were out there - good thing it's the tires that were, and not you (this brings up memories I have of returning home late on a Saturday, right past some neighbors having a late-nite party - one was stabbed and killed 30 minutes after I was there.

Damn, Randy, I'm real sorry to hear that. Tires are...well, expendable. A top isn't exactly a maintainance item...

On the bright side...the car wasn't keyed/scratched. That's my biggest fear with my cars being damaged, besides having to parallel park around the studio -- thank God we have a gated lot.
