Engine Pulling

Just a little help from all of my fellow BMW lovers and enthusiast. I am about to pull the engine on my 89 325IS and I was curious where is the best place to hook up to the back of the engine to pull it out. Pictures would also be great.

although i havent engine swapped, i have converted the transmission to a manual, and know that the gearbox is a btich to unbolt so it is probably easier to leave it on
