Double Evergreen roadster on Ebay

Eventually, I would like to own an Evergreen coupe or Roadster. Evergreen is the LeatherZ hide insignia color, chosen on purpose. I'd prefer black interior, but you ain't gonna get a whole lot of choice with Evergreen. Not many of them.

This particular example is well used. Note: no voltmeter.

One of the locals has an Evergreen M Coupe that he autocrosses. It's a nice little car - the interior is a good mix of the evergreen color...

While I like the color, I can't, for the life of me, understand why they think the color's even close to Evergreen. Evergreen, to me, invokes the color of Pine trees.

This color's more aptly named Wint-O-Green, after the Life Saver candy.

BMW color names must make more sense in German because my other car is "INKA" 2002tii. With color names like:

Golf
Colorado
Atlantik
Baikal
Turkis
Ceylon

is there any wonder Evergreen doesn't quite jive?

Agreed. I would have called it "Miami Green" myself. But whatever.
