Is it just me, or does this only heat from 2:30-3:30 and 8:30-9:30 positions? It's not all that warm @ 6:00 or 12:00.

PM or AM?

When I started reading I though it'd warm up just at specific times!
Mine warms up pretty evenly all around, but I'll pay more attention cause
I use it a lot during the colder months, I love it!

Supposed to be that way.

You would think that since dealers make a large portion of profit from service that they would look into things more closely. Instead of the standard, supposed to be that way.

I will check mine as well when I get it back from maint. and post what it does.

Unless they changed it, my 4-spoke steering wheel heats all the way around. :dunno:

It's not life and death or anything....just sorta 1) wimpy heat overall especially compared to the seat! and 2) seems very localised.

No biggie. Just curious.
Just noticed that now that you mention it.

Maybe it seems more heated in colder weather.

It should heat uniformly all around. There is not any gapping on mine. That said, if you keep your hands in one spot all the time, it may be slightly warmer there, because your hands are holding the heat in on the wheel, perhaps acting as an insulator?
