TPMS in 2005 X3 Wheels

Does anyone know if I can put TPMS in 17" wheels off a 2005 BMW X3? I need to put them in to run on my 2007.

Thanks!

AFAIK nothing changed in the valve hole, or anywhere else, so that a TPMS sensor can be fitted to any standard wheel.

I think the NHTSA just upset car makers with the TREAD Act, not wheel manufacturers -
they would have really called foul if it required them to make both TPMS wheels and non-TPMS wheels.
