740i Timing Chain Gaskets

Read a thread here step by step replacing timing cover gaskets - was pretty good, but can't get timing cover past water pump he said there was room - isn't. I was hoping to finish before Christmas.

I am afraid I have to remove water pump, fan, and radiator.

Any thoughts?
