Nice! Make those wheels Glossy Black, for sure!!!!!!!!! I get excited just thinking about it!

PS: I wouldn't powder coat, just paint them. Powder coat costs lots of $$, and doesn't offer any more protection than if you do the work yourself for a lot less $$. All you have to do is sand, 2 coats - primer, 3-4 coats -paint (glossy black engine enamel), and 2-3 coats- clear wheel coating. And, if you do the work yourself for less $$, you wont get so mad when your tire guys chip the edges around your lug nuts. (B/c it's going to happen whether you powder coat or paint them yourself. Also, to fix the chips just dab some black touch up paint in them)

I think your ride height is just about perfect.

Leave the wheels as-is. Some contrast is a good thing, and black wheels work best with lighter body paint.

ZHP with Black Wheels

Personally, I think the silver not only give it some needed contrast, but also give the BMW the classiness it deserves.

Here's another vote for leave just as is...

I wasn't going for the look of those wheels that you posted in your link.
I want high gloss black or just color match it to color of my car.

It has to go, but I got pulled over twice in one night for not having it couple of months back. I'll have it on for another two months, then I will get rid of it. I can't afford to get pulled over before Dec 16, lol. Then it will be off the car.

Just giving you a hard time OP. This is a very "silver" crowd here. They're just not fans of different, I mean, black wheels.
