Ok man, it looks like you've blown your entire reputation on this board all in one thread. Now you have been not only in shootings but situations with an "s" like Trolley Square. How many?...just for our entertainment.

Still haven't answered my questions? And I answered yours.

And I told you how many. Three. Is it so hard to read? To be specific one was at a nightclub in Holmes PA where the drummer of a band actually got shot by some deranged ex boy friend. Another at Maui nightclub in Philly, where another patron ejected from the club came back with a 45, and the last at a club called The Vault, where a person that was thrown out came back with a 9mm and extended clip and emptied it into a bouncer 13 rounds IIRC.

That specific enough for you?

Maybe if you took the blinders off for a sec and read that might help. If you can't take the time to read when someone answers your own questions, maybe you shouldn't be carrying lethal force as that requires some thinking.

So please tell us when how long have you carried and how many times have you had to use it to defend you or someone else? Any of you please let us know when you have defended us poor helpless citizens?

As far as my rep on this board. I could care less. It's simply a nice diversion. And at this point..I am wondering if you are ever going to give a straight answer.

It's probably because you cant!

Okay, I'll put it simple for you.

First, everyone on this board thinks you're a liar...at a minimum, a person who loves to exaggerate.

Unlike you, I am active duty in the military. Yes, I know your relatives are Secret Service, Anti-Terrorism Specialists, Navy Seals and Mall Ninjas. You don't conceal carry in the military...I'm sure all your relatives did, but in actuality most don't while on duty in the field. You claim that everyone around you has all this experience with weapons, but you yourself have none (except the extensive training on machine guns you received when you were five years old). My CCW is being approved as we speak and then I will conceal carry (note: law-abiding citizens follow the law, criminals do not).

You stil didn't answer my question...can my wife conceal carry or is she only allowed to have a baton?

I have been in a situation where someone tried to break into my family's house when I was younger. The person entering saw my father at the opposite end the hall with a loaded double barrel shotgun behind a bathroom wall. No shots fired and the perpetrator fled. That's the power of weapons in the home and in a CCW scenario.

He also said confrontations could escalate with students if they know they can break into a teacher's car and get a gun. This was clipped from the Sun News in South Carolina.

Stop taking this out of context and wrapping your self in the flag.
You know when someone says "Google is your friend"? Well this doesn't apply in the case where you use it erroneously. We have now stated at least half-a-dozen times that we are talking about storing a firearm in a car when you are in the vehicle. Why can't you seem to grasp this...maybe because you have never held a firearm in your life? Your ignorance is amazing. You keep posting stories and about something that has nothing to do with this thread. Just curious, how old are you?

Can you please state in one concise, pithy sentence what you have a problem with in this thread. Nobody is talking about leaving weapons unattended or having them illegally. It really sounds like this is a front against anyone owning a weapon. So please clarify this for the rest of us.

Which was the one where you disarmed the attacker with a baton and broke his hand and ribs...or was that the DC Sniper?

Does he even know the difference between a clip and magazine...

Also, a real sniper would not use a .223. The so called DC sniper was a hack. Obviously I am saddened by all the people he killed but calling him a sniper is an insult to those who are real snipers in police and military.

Yep, good point.

Evlengr is extremely concerned about two people with CCWs shooting each other in a case like Trolley Square, yet apparently he works a job where people get shot on a pretty regular basis. Things just aren't adding up with this guy.

Glock, YOU are supposedly an officer in the US Air Force????

WAHAHAA...WAHAHAA!!!

What standards of conduct are AF officers held to nowadays? Reread some of your own posts. And, if you can in the future, try to combine multiple thoughts together in the same post. Unless, of course, you're just trying to get your post count up.

BTW, don't include me in "everyone on this board". I speak for myself.

Way overdue to move this thread

While sometimes entertaining this thread has got to either be shut down or moved to the off topic area. This has gone wayyyy beyond X3 info exchange.

Do we have a moderator listening???

Thanks

Please stop! This thread has degenerated into a pissing contest. Glock and Grk who have a combined 240 posts -- please be aware no one here thinks Evl is a liar. He has proven in his over 1800 posts to be a very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and fair-minded contributor to this board. Your post obviously provokes some strong sentiment. I think you`ve gotten whatever info you can out of it and my humble suggestion is we let this go. its ugly and counterproductive. Thanks

It is unfortunate that the anti-gun crowd has degenerated a useful topic into this. It is a tactic used to suppress people the Second Amendment and people who believe in their right to bear arms. You can believe evlengr all you want...it's pretty clear after this thread that he is full of it.

Do you have an example or are you just bloviating?
