What should I pay for this 06 m6 w/ 27k?

I personally own an 06 750i, but a buddy of mine is considering an 06 m6. Here's the link:

What do you think is realistic to pay for this car? If we were to make an offer for $50k plus purchasing the maintenance warranty do you think they'll take it? Also.. this is a certified car, but what are the things I should be looking for before purchasing? Any help is truly appreciated!

So, what ever happened? Did you make the offer? I am in the same boat... looking for M6 in the 50k range.
