Thanks for the information...guess I'll be getting the mounting hardware...don't know about the dealer though? Since my car is a 2001, don't think I'll need the defroster harness, but will look in the center console area to make sure it's there.

Thanks for everyone's help/advice...think I will get the installation hardware kit and install it and keep an eye open for a titanium silver top or one that is reasonable so I can get it repainted...bound to eventually surface.
