Leasing payment survey

My car is in production as of right now and should get here in the next couple weeks. Now, I am getting ready to discuss the financing/leasing details with the dealer. Based on my calculations, my negotiated price is $52000, a 0.0025 MF and a 55% residual for 15000 miles, $3000 down, it comes out to be around $850-875 including tax in CA.
But I've seen others posting their payments to be around $600 to at most $700 in previous threads. Can those leasing please post your monthly payment amount and your negotiated price/MF/Residual if you can. Thanks in advance.

I assumed your $3K was a cap cost reduction and that your term was 36 months - without tax, your payment - based on you numbers should be $718. month

You can do your own calculations here: http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm

The residual is accurate if you're buying a 35d - which I presume is the case with your negotiated price.

Here is some other info - don't let them upcharge you on the buy price for money factor - .00245.

Good luck.

Don't EVER do a cap cost reduction. MSD's are fine, but cap cost reduction is for dumb bunnies who don't know any better.

How realistic is it for the dealer to give you the BMWFS base lease rates of 0.00245 for the x5d?

I tried to but can't get any success at all. A CA from one of the dealership even yell at me "Where is the profit for our dealer?" then I turn around and left. The best quote I got is 0.00015 over buy rate~
