Hibernating M Power
Well the snow hit Jersey this week so the M power had to be put to sleep for the winter and the jeep has been pressed back into full time duties. Some how we were able to squeeze two cars into one spot... gotta love the compact size of the M Coupe! I am already missing driving the car so as usual during the winter I order mods to try and fix the with withdrawal.

I wish it was all mine but I have to admit the cars are not all mine. I have just finished college and living at home for a year or two while I get things together. Just put winter (stock) wheels on the car today...gotta love winter. Just hope I don't have to drive it the snow often.

Is anyone else besides you and me from the "delayed" group still active on this board?

This is usually some of the best driving weather for me all year, but it's been a super soggy December so far.

Funny you should mention that. This was Wednesday on my way to the great snowball fight on Bascom Hill in Madison Wisconsin. My Z4 handles great on 17 inches of snow.

With the winters I'm limited to about 145 per the speed rating...

Not quite as fun as 167 on the dash...

Sad to see it go to bed for the winter, but what a great place to put your head down.
What kind of lift is that you have? I am thinking of getting one for my garage and it appears that one doesn't have posts on both sides?

The lift is made by American Custom Lifts (www.aclifts.com) and yes it is a single post. Here is a better pic of it....

They make some nice products especially the under ground lifts. It would be incredible to be able to store the cars in he basement for the winter! All their lifts are custom made.... they customized this one so it would be able to fit the super low ride height of the turbo and at no addtional cost.

I was actually part of the "delayed" group, but couldn't join the rest of you for the special day at the PC. I did a one day M school instead to make up for it.
