97' z3 2.8L options?

Hello all, I found a 97 z3 2.8L for sale with 46K miles priced at 10,900. It has the blue exterior, with the beige leather interior. The steering wheel is beige but the middle, padded part is black. Is this correct? It just looks a little funny, maybe the airbag deployed and they put on the wrong color replacement? Description also say it has "new top." carfax says no accidents. What do you think?

That's the extended leather package which I also have. It adds leather around the center console surround, the door handles and inserts, the instrument binnacle, and the passenger dash covering. I replaced my wheel initially to a standard black, then eventually to a wood rimmed wheel
