Magnaflow exhaust

This shop around my place is selling the magnaflow muffler for $160. The one with the two tips. Worth buying for my 528i?

Well, it depends on which one you're talking about. There are a lot with the dual tips.

I got the 14815, probably the most popular, for $114 from performancepeddler.com

There's a discount code you can use. Search on this site and try to find it.

How's the sound on that one? I've been looking at vids of BMW's with that exact one but its been on 540's not 528i's. If you can can you make a vid of it with low to the redline rpm? Thanks a lot.

That's what you have:

That is the one, but when you "check out" use the coupon code "bestoffer2e"

Mine is not installed yet, so I don't have any first hand on the tone.

I've heard great things about it. It's deep, edging on loud, in the lower RPMs but past 3 and 4, it has a nice tone. I'm pretty sure that's true for all models.

Did you just install the muffler or did you redo the piping? Is there a major difference in sound?

I don't think there is any modification to the piping unless you need it to fit the mtech rear, but even then, I'm not sure if it's much of a difference.

The sound will probably be a little louder than your stock muffler.

Im kinda leary about performancepeddler's price being so low, is it the exact same
