Snowboard rack/base rack system

I recently purchased the factory base rack system and was very happy with it, that is until i tried mounting my ski rack (inno slider). The given attachments arent made for the big cross bars. Anyone have any recommendations on where i might be able to get attachments or makeshift attachments, or some sort of solution. (i really dont want to get a new ski/snowboard rack as i got it as an xmas present and money is a little tight).

The Inno ones looked just like the Thule ones if I am not mistaken. Thule makes the BMW roof racks, so you might be able to have some accessories from Thule working with your Inno ski rack and BMW roof rack.

I've been able to use my Saab rack accessories on the X3 -- though I suspect, they too, are all made by Thule.
