Well one thing that I learned that because I am not a soccer mom and drive a dodge caravan and I drive a very sexy 645 cic in sliver with red trim. The local police force feel the need to keep stopping and giving me warnings now either Dunkin Donuts is closed or he has serious issues with a BBW and wanting to look down my top. Again today as I pulled out of my street there he was saying I was doing 42 in 30 and my valentine didnt even pick him up so he must have a built in radar in his HEAD.......I will not be beaten and give in and get an old ladies heap

TEXTJADE, I have one better for you. I'm not sure if you ever seen the show jacked, but I was boxed in by the auto theft task force...guns drawn and the whole 9 yards. The excuse was, we just had a 6 carjacked......did you not run my plates and see this was not that vehicle?

Learned about BMW Search which lets you find addresses using Google and then click on the address to have the navigation system guide you to the destination. Search is also good to find the lowest price of gas close to where you are.

Today I had to drive at 30 driving me nuts these cars are meant for so much more lol

The other issue I have is when I stop for gas I get all these old men coming up to me saying what a lovely ride....Shame they are over 80

Ive joint a new gym today that has loads of police men in there so while Im working out Im going to do my best to impress and get some of them on side and work some female talents on them and ask them to unmark my car lol

I will not be pushed in to a caravan thats for sure would rather walk

Press and hold the Play/Pause and Menu buttons simultaneously until the Apple/iPod logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds

I found out you have to drop the bumper to change the back up lights. BTW I love that chiaretto red coupe!

On most of the BMW with the new iDrive you can use a variation of Google search for finding a destination. The charge is part of the convenience package for the BMW equivalent of OnStar. The question to be asked - is it worth it? What you get is a slower connection to a not very smart Google - things have to be spelled correctly. There is no option like ... Did you mean to spell... The real benefit is to find places not in your navigation system.

It is a start to internet access. It is not there yet.

This might be obvious but I found that if you press the up or down button on the steering wheel it skips to the next favorite station but if you hold it down it will scan or seek to the next available station instead ( doesn't have to be saved)

i have to hook it up to a battery charger if I don't drive it for a week.. kinda lame if you think about it... but better safe than having to pay for a new battery

thats wierd? i dont drive mine all winter and it starts right up. im sure our winters are just as brutal if not more here in philly just like in seattle

mine started acting up after not driving it for a week... the first sign was the CA stopped working when I touched the door handle and later that day different warning lights came on...

since then it's been doing great if I keep the battery on a tender all the time... could be my battery, but I also drive a lot of shorter trips of 20 miles roundtrip and an occasional 80 mile round trip...

I've learnt if you throw a lit cigar out the window it blows it back into the the car and sets your back seats on fire. I am now a non-smoker.
