6 Series
The BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations. |

I get usually about 18-20 around town, and 22-24 highway. And I love to hear the motor, a lot. I am the guy that burns up rears every 10k miles, so it isn't that I baby the car either. I have managed as low as 14-16, but that is in sport mode. I hardly ever use it though. Anyway... I am impressed some of you all are able to get as poor milage as you are. That is impressive.

16.9 mpg here in my usual work loop, partial highway, partial city. 2008 650i.
HOWEVER... two road trip vacations averaged 26.4 and 26.6 mpg each, from Seattle to San Francisco. The last one (26.6 mpg) was with an average speed of 79.3 mph! That includes some steep mountain segments. Pretty amazing. |

My wife's 325i gets 18-19 city, and 31-32 hwy. |
