for convertible owners, does your trunk pop open?
When I unlock the trunk, the lid doesn't really pop open but I can lift it open... in my other cars it opens itself when unlocked...
not sure if this is normal for convertibles... otherwise I'll try and have my dealer fix it... thanks

Designed that way for the off chance that the electronic sensors fail and you're able to open the trunk while the boot is open - the two would clash and you'd have some repainting to do...

I have the coupe and the trunk pops open all the way, my wife has the vert and hers just pops open and you have to lift it manually.

My remote control's "trunk" button can't open (pop) the trunk. If I hold it for a few seconds the alarm goes off. Does anyone know how to re-program it?

do you have Comfort access, if you do have you changed the battery... it does not charge like the non-CA fob...
the manual says press for 1 second... then let go... if you don't let go and you press longer, the alarm goes off and the trunk does not open... we try and listen for the trunk to pop before we let go.. doesn't work that way... press for a second or 2 (no more but my experience is it needs more than 1 sec and less than 3) then let go of the button... the trunk will open after you release the button... hope this helps... I know it's totally different than other cars and took me a while to realize this part...
