2010 Alpine White/Beige 730Li photos

Picked her up over the weekend and installed Hamann 19 inch rims (275/40 and 245/45). Bought her for US$210,000 from the BMW agent Singapore. Cars in Singapore cost a bomb.

The M sport package is still not available in Singapore, the salesman told me probably towards the end of the year duee to the low demand.
Will take some photos of the rims from side and post later tonight.

Nice car, but $210,000 will get you 2 well-equipped 7 Series cars here. That's a lot of money to spend on just one of these cars.

Thats Singapore for you my friend. The car tax system here is really heavy and sucks in my opinion.

Many nations in Asia charge significant taxes on foreign vehicles, for example in the Vietnam Special of Top Gear Jezza said that foreign vehicles had a 200% import tax. This is why BMW has factories both in India and China for those markets only. In Europe taxes on cars is in the 20% range and in England there is a 17.5% VAT + for petrol models there is a new showroom tax.

WOW, that's a heavy tax! I didn't know that. I hope Singapore puts those revenues to good use.
