LED - smoked or clear

Hi folks -

I'm looking to replace my clear tail lights with LED. I need some input on smoked vs. clear and a brand recommendation. I generally prefer clear beacuse they look more "stock", but am on the fense cause i think the smoked would look sweer on my color - silver grey metallic.

Smoked LED Tails from JleviSW. You won't regret it. Clear look out of place IMO.

Prefacelift - smoke
Facelift - clear


take out the BMW from your car info and put the year there.

After reading the small issues with the leds (e.g., 1 year failure) - I think i'm sticking with this style (already installed).

Ive had mine for over an year and me along with most of the people on the fest have never had problems..

Hmm - Ok. Good point. So LED over the euro facelift look?

Hard call. I stayed with the euro facelift look, 'cause I just couldn't quite get past putting coupe style tails on my sedan. Both look good.

btw - I voted clear.

Clear if you are not going to black out the car, smoked if you will carry that theme on the rest of the car.

I have a black gril, otherwise, clear fronts (turn signals) and side markers. I think I'm sticking with the ones I have.

Nick - any updates on the side marker leds for the sedan (04)?

+1 to both of these comments. Pics of the car might help the decision.

i really think that the smoked taillights look great i was thinking about doing it to my tail lights
