Install questions

I have a 00 328ci and the Harman Kardon stereo and the cd player is shot. I want to put in a
Kenwood KVT-719DVD do I need a mounting kit and if so where can I get a nice one that will look good. The 8 dollar ebay kinda looks cheap. Is there anything else i need to consider before I do this? Thanks for reading
