I agree that it would be nice to actually see them instead doing the math on calculator or Excel myself.

You can ballpark it by using .91 for the base price and .85 for the options. That will get you within probably +/- $300 .
To get ED base MSRP multiply by .93 and then .91 for invoice. Option prices are the same for U.S. and ED.

Hmm, option 416: "Power rear sunshade with rear manual side window shades". IMO, that's an error. The GT has optional power side window shades but no rear window shade at all...
