Best car wash liquid ?

Hey guys, just wondering what most of you will use to wash your car ? Meguiars , Armor All, Simoniz , Etc.

Do any of you use the liquids that are wash & wax in one bottle ?

wash with griot's car wash or Adam's.

Meguiars, but any good auto wash should work. Just NO dish washing soap.

I wouldn't think of doing this, ever. But that's me.

My detailer recommended the Meguiars Gold Class specifically, it is an excellent wash that has the proper PH to not strip your protective coating.

This is so you can see a picture, WalMart sells it as well. While you are there get the MicroFiber wash mit, it suds up fantastic with the soap and washes well.

Also use the 2 bucket wash method.

Co-sign on the 2 bucket set up....if your car is black you might want to remember that. Then again that goes for any color except white lol!

what's the 2 bucket method? One for wringing out the dirt and another for the suds?

Execute a google search, my detailer clued me in to this method. It helps to maintain a swirl free paint finish. Not as big of a deal on a white car, but for black it is essential. It doesn't add any time to the wash process so it is real easy to implement.

Yep, it's great. It's what I've been using for years. It never strips my wax and leaves a very clean shine. Good for brake dust too.

Gold class is great. I also like Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss. For living in a condo with no access to water I live and die by Optimum No Rinse. It is amazing for anyone in the same situation or wanting to wash your car in your garage during the winter. Read up about it on autopia.org and check out videos of it on youtube on how to use it. Make sure you have quality microfibers to no scratch your paint. Also for white cars I find their Opti-seal is a great sealant that lasts a couple months.
