No MT for 528i

According to Roundel (march), 528i gets only automatic in US. Can anyone confirms it?

The BMW NA ordering guide for the 528i (F10) has not been published yet so I am not sure. At least the UK gets an MT, so it is not a question of BMW not offering it at all.

Just read in April issue of Automobile magazine that the 528i in the U.S. would have a manual. It seems to be up in the air. That is definitely the car I want. I REALLY don't want a single turbo engine from BMW. I want a straight inline 6 with a stick...ie. 528i sedan. Period. That's not too much to ask. If they don't offer that, I'll be looking elsewhere.

The 5 series is unique - only sedans in this class that have a stick, at least in the US.

Not to derail, but when shopping for a new "used" car with available AWD, you can order get an audi, BMW, or a subaru.

Led me right to a 5.

Good luck getting your 528i, in a 6MT.
Love my older 525xi 6MT.
