Best and most Neat iPod integration kits for 650i with Nav?

I have an 06 650i and it doesnt have the ipod connectivity.

Which are some reccommended integration kits?

hey i have the integrated ipod kit its f ing blows. I would rather just do the aux jack, so much better trust me its so much easier to control music and everything

I ran my wire under the armrest alway threw shifter near power outlet no wire exposed

You can do the OEM MOST interface but like someone said, its crappy. Shuffling songs is really a pain in the ass.

Isnt there a way to do it through bluetooth?

how did you get the armrest out? or did you just snake it through... I'm trying to do the same and don't know how to hide the wire

Bavarian Sound Works has a mount that fits in your ashtray - I keep mine int he glove box, but thought it was a cool way to plug in your ipod if you take it with you.

I am actually very pleased with converting the cd changer to the ipod adapter. The ipod gets to sit out of sight , clean, and everything is controlled through the idrive - very similar to the how my oem e60 ipod integration.

I've just had a dension 500 with bluetooth adaptor fitted in my 2004 645ci - works perfectly! I can upload some pics if anyone's interested in seeing how it's set up.
