For lease assumption-2008 BMW 328xi Titanium Silver

I am putting my BMW on the market for someone to assume the lease for the remainder of the lease term.
I have leased the car for 3 years starting May 16, 2008. My current lease is valid until May 2011. However, I have the option to either sell the car or swap the lease before the lease term ends. I have about 16K+ miles on the car so far with an allowable limit of 15K miles/year so a total of 45k miles for the 3 year lease term. My current lease payment is $445 per month [with an upfront security deposit of $3600]. The car is in excellent condition.
