engine temp
my typical commute is 10 miles one way... on most days my temp stays around 160 or barely budges by the time I get home...
is this a problem? or typical from what you guys see... anybody know what the operating temp is?

the normal operating temp in normal driving conditions can b up to 220. if your driving aggresively up to 250. the engines are really big they take a long time to get warm. when the temp is out of range the car will let you know.

I guess they put so much cooling into the engine assuming we'll be driving it at high rpm all the time, that when we don't the engine stays cold...

The guage is for OIL temperature, not cooling system so don't worry
