Improved sound needed

I have USB port iPod Touch hookup in console.
Works great on iDrive.

Need some sound boost without minor effort.
I sit possible to replace curent speakers..plug and play?

The run flats are about to come off,and I will be able to hear better.
They roar now.
Any help?
