With the likely release at the Paris Auto Show in October BMW is now out test driving near production quality test mules, but that doesn't mean they're not doing their best to keep us guessing.

This next generation 6 series was spied out testing, while we've seen a few spy shots of both the coupe and convertible out testing we've never seen the interior, until now! The test drivers left the windows down and sharp shooting spy photographers are not going to miss an opportunity to take a kill shot of the interior.

The interior has been rumored to be a mix of the Z4 and the F10 5 Series and these shots show they've taken the best of both for the next generation 6 series. The most exciting things noticeable from these shots are the huge nav screen and manual transmission. The inclusion of the manual transmission is a nice nod in the US direction from Munich.

Several prominent BMW big wigs have stated that the 6 Series is going to be the best looking modern BMW and if the Gran Coupe styling is any indication they're right! Stay tuned to Bimmerfest.com for more 6 Series news as it happens.

Funny how they always manage to leave the window down in the presence of "spy"photographers

There was a time when automotive spy photography meant something - it was exciting.

Still, today's faux spy shots are better than nothing - I sure hope BMW ditches the folding hardtops - can't tell from these pics.

Should be no surprise the interior looks like a 5 series GT.
