Just booked 3 rooms. Oh and just an FYI, on site parking is 15 bucks a night, that's in addition to the $129.

That's $297.16 for 2 nights (that's with the taxes), plus $15 a night for parking, so total will be $327.16

NOW, I hope I can make it!

FWIW, I test drove some Optimum No Rinse last weekend based on a write-up in the detailing forum here. It did a respectable job on my dark-ish blue car. 2 buckets of water were all I needed - one for the washing solution and another of clear water to rinse my sponge. Based on past experience with washing under the sun at the Ramada and the water spots that I would get from that, I'll take some of this stuff and a shady tree any day.

Nope. I think Keith is planning on being a civilian this year, for a change. As usual, I just want to hang out with my pals (and you're one, Andrew). If you SoCal guys wanted to set something up with Scarantinos, that would rock

room rate xtension

Is there any chance you'd check with whomever you talked with at the Marriott and see if they'll offer up additional rooms at the BF rate? I just called and they said too bad I was late to the party. Thanks

The group rate has been confirmed. $129/night regardless of queens or kind bed or how many in each room.

I blocked out 100 rooms in 10 room blocks, but they may go quick. Reserve now, just ask for the Bimmerfest rate when you call. Hotel # is 626-403-7600.

NOTE! If you already reserved a room, you need to call the hotel and update the reservation to get the rate.

This rate expires 3 weeks before the event.

If you have AAA, that rate is actually about $2 cheaper than the group rate...
