Parking Cost Question...Just To Be Sure

I read the Event FAQ and it mentions the usual 9am start, along with $20 per car. However, this will be my 8th Bimmerfest, and the last couple of times it was at the Earl Warren showgrounds, the place was already full by 9am. So, last year I got there an hour early at the Polo Grounds, and was told it was $40 before 9am. When I looked up the info later that day, it was buried down in a not so obvious place on the site.

I've searched and couldn't find official mention of it, but just to be sure this time...is there a "before 9am" or "concourse parking" cost? If so, is it the same $40 as last year? And are they in fact letting cars in before 9am?

This year we have rolled back to the straight $20/BMW price (no surcharge for early entry; there is no early entry except for vendors' vehicles and they have special passes)...
