Update: Zeek looks WAY better!!!! he is eating normally again and does not need his cone anymore thank god!

What kinds are you thinking about?. I was in the market for an m4a1 for a while but I figured my 22. is fine. I was also looking at some 9mm's. There light small and easy to handle. I recommend you find what type suits your needs the most and is the most comfortable. I found that I hate pistols and am much more of a rifle person.

I want them all...thats the problem. I have never shot a rifle but am sure I would love it. I would like to have a shotgun just cuz...but I NEED a gun for home protection which pretty much puts me in the pistol category. Looking at the sig p220 elite and the S&W M&P .40 or a .44 of sorts...we will see what they have at the gun show...we already have a .357 revolver which is a great versitile gun

I may be going to the shooting range this Sunday or next weekend w/ my friend with my 22. and his m4a1. I'll let the misses know also and she can give you a call or something. And maybe you can come along and check out what you like shootin. I can almost guarantee after you shoot the m4a1 you'll say pistols are for n00bs lol.

No idea... still listening to the old stuff. Makes me feel young again before mortgages and working with complete morons. Simpler times. Skateboard in our basements skate park and go to school. Hmpph Growing ups a bitch.

pistols may be for newbs but I can't really comfortable keep a rifle next to the bed for home protection...plus a rifle bullet will go right through someone whereas a larger pistol bullet with hollow points is truly for stopping someone dead in their tracks...

Update: been discussing the possibility of learning to hunt with crossbows with my man...sounds fun!

Update: My metabolism works pretty fast....I have been at my current weight of 210 for the past 8 years....now that I'm going to be "back on the market" I'll be working on getting back to my HS weight of 200, and being more toned. I can achieve that thanks to the home workout gym thing my brother has in the garage.
