Most Comfortable Seat.

Anyone care to recommend the most comfortable seat in the new F10? I gather there are 3 versions available, standard, contour, and ventilated. I would rather not pay the steep premium for the ventilated seat unless it's non activated comfort is so much better than either of the other two seats. I am really looking for the most plush seat. The Cadillac of seats... A seat as far away from the old school rock hard leather seat that is BMW's former trademark. I am not concerned with side bolsters and such for cornering.

I sat in a 550i with comfort seats, and it was spectacular.

Not sure if it's true with the F10, but on the E70, the ventilated seats are known to be a bit harder than the standard contour seats. The ventilation only helps for hot muggy days. If you don't need ventilation, most luxurious setup would definitely be Nappa+contour (Nappa requires contour).

I ordered the ventilation seats with Nappa. The package comes with multi contour.

Unfortunately (in the US and in the F10 at least) Comfort Seats are a thing of the past. We now have Multi Contour seats and have lost the adjustable side bolsters. I have Comfort Seats in my E70 and they are singlehandedly the best option. Not that there aren't other good options but the seats are simply that good.
