Front end damage, repair or sell?

Hey folks. Over last weekend I had someone back into the front right corner of my (formerly) pristine 2005 M3 coupe hard enough to wreck the bumper, hood, right headlight assembly, and related parts. Damage viewable here: http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/a...dent%20073110/

The other party is 100% liable and his insurance is covering it all. I have an almost $11k estimate from a local dealership, and since I'm not paying $.01 that could be ok but I'm also wondering if there are better options since that is a lot of money on the table. Anyone have a guess at what I could sell it for as-is? 80k on odometer, still drives, no other problems. Or anyone have experience trading in a damaged vehicle? If a dealership was generous that might work out well too--and be an excuse to upgrade

Also the car is still under CPO warranty until May 2011 if that is relevant.
