e38 turbo or biturbo upgrade

Are there any turbo kits or twin turbo kits for the e38? The superchargers are just so damn expensive.

twin turbos for the E31 and E32 V12's, but not for the E38.

you can do it. but will need to use a stand alone fuel and mapping system. dont know how this would work on ones with Vanos. bolt ons are the way to go.

it can be done..i seen a car with rear mountd twin turbos off the exhaust,at the car show a few weeks back by me..pretty cool

^was it a GM? because they make very simple kits and computer tunes for those. wouldnt be as easy on any BMW

If you think a supercharger is expensive, then don't bother going for a custom turbo setup, which is what you'll have to do. I wouldn't be surprised if it costs 3 times as much.
