Any reason I shouldn't buy this M3

First off this is a great forum with tons of good info. I am car nut and my current passion is building V8 FD RX-7's. I built and sold 3 last year so I know my way around a car for the most part. I have always loved the looks of the E36 M. I can pick this car up for $5800. The miles are high at 185k but it runs and looks like new. Here is the list of things done to it and pics.

Upgrades
Active Autowerke Stainless Exhaust
Active Autowerke Midpipe
Turner Motorsport Stage 2
-Chip / Injectors / HFM / Intake / +35HP
UUC Stainless Steel Brake Lines
Treehouse Racing Control Arm Mounts
UUC Front Swaybar w/ Adjustable Endlinks

Maintenance
Newer Brakes
Newer Radiator / Water Pump / Hoses / T-stat Housing
New Fuel Filter
New Front Control Arms
New Tie Rods
New Rear Shocks
New Rear Shock Mounts
New O2 Sensor

Negative
Will Need Tires
rock chips in front
Small Scratch on Hood
Scuff on back bumper

looks like quite a deal.About the only thing left is to check out the suspension.

Front ball joints are not replacable, so you have to replace the entire control arm.

Looks like a very nice Daytona 95... It looks like it needs the center vent stiffener. The drivers seat needs help. Stock DOT headlights?

Man, you don't see those very often. Otherwise looks very clean.
