Ditto, but I usually just keep the car stationed by feathering the gas and clutch just so I can start from there. Pretty sure its not good for the clutch, but fcuk it...

Erm yeah that's pretty terrible for it. Just yank the ebrake up, and when it turns green start to press the gas and let off the clutch until you start to feel it pull forward a bit, and release the ebrake then.

Whatever, I rarely do it... I can start off pretty well, only rolling back a few inches.

Yeah it's impossible not to get a little rollback unless you do the ebrake or heel toe that sh*t.
