I'm more than pleased to report that the website indicates that my car is "At the Preparation Center"! I'll have to ask my dealer (that never sounds right) if there's a chance I'll receive it this week, so I can start making plans. Going to miss driving our minivan (sure I am) and my father in law's X5 he lent me -- the original 4.4l model with 112,000 miles and running as if it was purchased yesterday. A bit truck-like but solid. And a rocket.

Manon
I lucked out -- I think it was delivered to Bremerhaven, loaded onto ship, and departed within two days. Only hickup was the strike at the Port in NJ -- held things up a day or two. |

My Titanium Silver 535ix was on the ship Sunshine Ace even though BMWUSA said it is on the Fidelio. My dealer checked again and confirmed it reached Bayonne, NJ last night. Of course the BMWUSA owner web page still states it is still enroute. I should get the car early next week if the Longshoremen don't go back on strike. It was produced in week 37 .

According to the WW website my Imperial Blue 550i xdrive is on the Fidelio scheduled to arrive in NY tomorrow (10/6). Hopefully will make its way to CT within a week. I was a week 37 build as well, completed on the 15th and loaded on the ship in Bremerhaven on the 22nd
